In this case, for research (tests) and measurements, CB attracts another accredited testing laboratory (center), with which it interacts (if necessary); |

| formation of act based on results of the first stage certification audit, final meeting of CB “ICC” “HALAL” representatives and management of the applicant organization; |

| - second stage of certification audit, drafting a plan for second phase of the certification audit, formation of second stage of the certification audit, formation of act based on results of the second stage of certification audit; |
| carrying out a preliminary meeting of CB “ICC” “HALAL” representatives and representatives (authorized persons) of the applicant organization; |
| - checking and assessing the slaughter procedure; |
| - formation of report based on results of second stage of certification audit; |
| carrying out final meeting of CB “ICC” “HALAL” representatives and management of the applicant organization; |
| - preparation and distribution of the act based on audit results; |
| - analysis of elimination of nonconformities (if any) by results based on second stage of certification audit of the applicant organization; |
| - repeated on-site audit to assess effectiveness of corrective actions (if necessary); |
| - analysis of the results obtained and decision on the issuance (refusal to issue) a certificate of conformity on the basis of expert opinion; |
| - making a decision to issue (refusal to issue) a certificate of conformity; |
| - registration and issuance of a certificate of conformity, as well as permission to use system‘s mark of conformity; |
| - provision of products marking, with compliance of Halal, by applicant; |
