“Halal” (Arabic. حلال - resolved) is an Arabic term that is used in Islamic law to define products or actions permitted by the religious Canons of Islam. Islam is one of the major religions in the world. More than 20% of all living on Earth are followers of Islam. It is the official religion in more than 30 countries of the world. In our multi-religious country, according to official statistics, more than 10% of the population are Muslims, that is more than 14.5 million people adhere to the canons and way of life described by the basic tenets of this religion. One of these religious laws and an aspect of the life of every Muslim is the use of Halal-certified products and products in accordance with religious regulations. Literally, the word "halal" in Arabic means "authorized" or "legal". In Muslims, it refers not only to products that are allowed to use under Sharia law. In a broad sense, "halal" covers most of human life (food, clothing, medicine, cosmetology, pharmaceuticals, hotel services and catering, banking, etc.)
